Contents of this book are divided into six sections three narrative and three illustrative. 

                     The narrative are : Membership, Meetings and Administration

                     The illustrative are : Checklists, Model Summonses and Forms.

          Each section is independently navigable, while appropriate illustrative item can be viewed by clicking the highlighted links on the narrative pages, To return to the narrative page either hit the Back Arrow of your browser or the label Back to the Text at the top of the Page. Top of the Pages can be accessed by clicking the link ‘Top’ at the bottom.

          The checklists provide for cells against each activity to mark the date on which the activity is completed or simply to mark off as ‘done’ with a tick (√). They can be reproduced for use by copying or printing directly.

          A separate folder is provided for printable material. Checklists and forms (other than those issued by the Grand Lodge or District Grand Lodge) are in mutable document format so that you may fill in the information required and transmit the same as attachments. Print outs are organized on A4 size paper. Being mutable you may format the pages to suit your convenience.
