The Grand Lodge of The Eastern Archipelago
I was recently in Singapore and visited the Freemason's Hall. Attached to the Hall is Freemason's Club which is used by freemasons of Singapore. Overseas masons are welcome to the Club to meet and share fellowship with Brethren during the day and after the meeting. The Masons made me feel at home immediately. The Bar at the Club is a meeting place for Masons in Singapore and provides an opportunity for overseas Masons to spend an evening with fellow Masons in a relaxed atmosphere. Mason's of Singapore use the Club on a regular basis and you will definitely find brethren there. You will find them helpful and courteous and it would be a good idea to attend a Lodge meeting while you are in Singapore. Do remember to carry your Grand Lodge Certificate and maybe a letter that you are a mason in good standing from your Lodge Secretary. I am informed that Masons will be tested before they are allowed to attend a Lodge meeting. The Freemason's Hall and Club are centrally located in Coleman Street opposite the Excelsior Hotel.
