Declaration We the undersigned prompted by a genuine desire for knowledge and a healthy spirit of inquiry into the more recondite meanings and esoteries of Masonic mysteries rites and ceremonies, and their association with the mysteries of preceding ages, have this day constituted ourselves into a regular Masonic research body under the name and title ACACIA We for the management of the study circle in a constitutional manner have enacted and given to ourselves certain Rules and regulations t all of which we pledge our unqualified obedience. We further nominate Wor. Bro. Inuganti Venkata Murali Krishna Rav, Past Asst. Grand Director of ceremonies, as the first Chairman; Wor. Bro. Govind Parameswaran Sukumaan, Past District Senior Grand Warden as the first Vice Chairman; and Wor Bro Kumbakonam Venkataraman Srinivasan, Past Master as the first Secretary / Treasurer. IN WITNESS WHEREOF we have set our signatures on this Instrument of declaration. this Tuesday the 27th day of December in the year One thousand Nine hundred and seventy seven anno Domini, Five thousand Nine hundred and Seventy Seven anno Lucius.
